Abstract

254,236. Blackburn, A. L. March 16, 1926. Addition to 241,395. Bobbins.-A bobbin as described in the parent Specification is modified by having the shank portion formed from drawn metal tube. The tube is expanded or reduced at the ends to give it taper formation and is rolled, spun, or otherwise formed with lateral or spiral corrugations. The tip of the shank is inwardly turned to form an integral bead.
