Abstract

186,810. James, J. H. Sept. 7, 1921. Clip brackets. - A curtain or like rod bracket has a rod seating 5 of open semicylindrical shape carrying a pin 7 which engages a bayonet-slot 9, 10 in a loose sleeve 8. The part 10 of the slot is formed as a circumferential groove by raising or spinning the metal of the sleeve to form a transversely corrugated rib which enables the sleeve to 'be readily turned within the limits provided by stops 11, 12. The part 9 of the groove may be formed by stamping.
