Abstract
252,716. Naamlooze Vennootschap Machinerieen en Apparaten Fabrieken. May 27, 1925, [Convention date]. Regulation, automatic.-The influence of residual magnetism in electromagnetic regulating apparatus is diminished by employing " alloyed iron such as is used in transformers for diminishing the hysteretic loss." An alloy of 96 per cent iron and 4 per cent silicon is suitable. The material may constitute the whole or a part of the magnet.
