Abstract

244,963. Billner, K. P. March 11, 1925. Porous concrete.-An intimate dry mixture of Portland or like cement with 0.03-0.2 per cent of its weight of powdered aluminium or zinc or both is prepared for use in the manufacture of cellular concretes. The mixture is preferably made by grinding the ingredients together. It may be used in conjunction with further quantities of cement, lime, or an aggregate. According to the provisional Specification, the proportions are not limited to those defined above.
