Abstract

238,967. Hay, G. S. May 31, 1924. Emulsions, making.-In preparing bituminous emulsions by the process described in Specifications 202,021 and 202,235, the apparatus employed is of the colloid mill type, a suitable mill being that described in Specification 186,462, [Class 86, Mixing &c.]. The proportion of emulsifying agent may be less than that suggested in the Specifications first referred to, and modifications may be made in the order in which the constituents are mixed. Specifications 202,230 and 202,231 also are referred to.
