Regulating delivery of two or more combined pumps.-A pumping plant suitable for hydraulic transmission apparatus and having a continuously variable delivery comprises a single pump with continuously variable delivery arranged in parallel with one or more single pumps with constant delivery adapted to be thrown in or out of gear independently, so that, when the variable delivery pump reaches its delivery limit and is reversed or reduced to zero delivery, one of the constant delivery pumps is thrown in or out of gear.
