Abstract

237,789. Hult, C. A., and Hult, O. W. Dec. 3, 1924. Frame constructions.-Side frames are made elastic or jointed to allow steering movements in a horizontal plane, the wheels being fixed to the frame members, and comprise flat bars 4 on edge, the front ends being rigidly connected to one another by cross members and supported upon the driving wheels 1. The axles of the rear wheels 2 are fixed to the rear ends of the bars 4 which are there connected to one another by transverse members 17, 18, and vertical pivots. In a modification, rigid side frames in sections connected by vertical pivots are employed.
