Roller-and-sheet recording-apparatus of the type comprising a clockwork-actuated chart cooperating with a reciprocating marker actuated by the measuring instrument or meter is enclosed in a casing so that the marker carrier extends across the casing and is supported at its ends, the marker being carried intermediate of the supports. The capillary pen n is carried by a flexible support y depending from a screw clamp z adjustable along a slot in the marker carrier so that the pressure of the pen on the chart may be adjusted.
