Neckties.-A made-up bow-tie of the kind adapted to be secured to the head of the collarstud by a press-button fastener is provided with means whereby the tie may be worn with either face outwards. In the forms shown in Figs. 1, 6, and 8, the tie 5 is provided on each face with a socket member 4 of a press-button fastener, that member which faces outwards and is not in use being provided with an ornamental button or stud 11. Fig. 6 shows one method of raising the tie relatively to the stud when it is worn with a high collar, by providing the tie with a tongue 20 which carries the members of the press-button fastener, while Fig. 8 shows an alternative method in which the stem 32 of the collar-stud is cranked upwards as shown. In the form shown in Fig. 13, the tie is provided with a tongue or tab 52 provided at one side with a socket member 53 of a press button fastener the perforation of which extends through the tongue so that the tongue may be wrapped around the tie in either direction with a socket registering with a buttonhole 54 formed in the end of the tongue and adapted to be engaged by the head of the collar stud.
