Teeth, artificial. - Artificial teeth are constituted by metal back members c cast or pressed into the form and size of the various natural teeth required for a denture but having curved front recesses of uniform size and shape so that porcelain facings a of a single size and pattern may be used for all the teeth of the denture. The facings a are embraced by the margins of the recesses in the members c. Two holes b<1> in each metal member receive the usual pins b of the facing. The members c may be soldered together and to bridge crowns.
