500,409. Artificial teeth. GLUCK, J. April 20, 1938, No. 11891. Convention date, April 27, 1937. [Class 81 (ii)] Artificial teeth or tooth crowns are formed with a cap of metallic gauze 3 within a cover 4, 5 of porcelain united therewith by baking, the crown being secured to a tooth-stump by cement. In application to bridgework as shown in Fig. 4 porcelain crowns on supporting teeth 8, 9 are applied over metal caps 12 from which project plugs 13, these caps being connected by a metal bar 14 carrying plugs 15 on which are mounted teeth having 'gauze caps 16 embedded therein.
