Abstract

230,318. Grimley, W., and Mould, H. May 23, 1924. Delivery pipes.-In a lubricator comprising a pump or grease gun 1, the discharge pipe 7 is rigid and is connected to the discharge nozzle by means of a hollow pivot block 8 so that the apparatus may be collapsed into a small space. The block 8 is provided with a spigot 10 and a screwed shank 11 carrying a nut 20 holding a spring washer 21 in position. The discharge nozzle 16 is revolubly mounted on the spigot 10 and carries a non-return valve 24. Packing washers 17, 18 are enclosed between the spigot and the socket of the discharge nozzle.
