Clamping - devices.- Loose sheets, forms, cards, &c., are clamped in position for manifolding on a base-plate a by a bar c hinged thereto, a space k being left between the bar c and the base-plate a for insertion of additional sheets from either side. The bar c rests in a recess e in the plate, and a second bar g provided with rubber pads m is hinged to the first bar. both bars being pressed on the sheets by spring and being raised therefrom by a thumbpiece f.
