Abstract

264,413. Dutton, J. Aug. 31, 1926. Trouser presses. Means for pressing the creases of trousers consists of four independent longitudinal or marginal pinching-laths or clips each consisting of two laminated boards b, c, the lower board b being wider than the upper board c and the two boards being separate, or hinged along one longitudinal edge, and forced together by screws with nuts or by spring clips. In Fig. 1 the lower board of each clip carries bolts d which pass through slots in brass plates d<1> fixed to the upper board and are provided with wing-nuts f. Fig. 4 shows boards b, c hinged at g and pressed together by means of detachable clip springs h. Specification 274,572 is referred to.
