Abstract

234,658. Imray, O. Y., (Stephens & Wickersham Quoin Co., S.). July 7, 1924. Quoins.-Quoins of the kind comprising two opposed members 1, 2, Fig 6, which are adapted to be separated against the force of springs 9 by a cam 16 operated by a key 8, Fig. 3, are provided with a scale and a co-operating register-mark for facilitating the adjustment of the quoin to a predetermined position. The registermark may be placed on the quoin-members 1, 2, and the scale 12 on the key 8 or on the cam 16, or, alternatively, the scale may be placed on the quoin-members and the register-mark on the key.
