Windscreens.-The windscreen 1 of a motorcar is mounted on a framework which is pivoted at 4 to enable the screen to be raised to clear the passengers' heads. The windscreen may be combined with side screens 5 and carry one or both doors 7 together with that part of the dash scuttle 2 which would normally interfere with a standing passenger. Balancing arrangements, such as a spring 8 may be provided. A four seater may be arranged with two similar devices, one for each of the front and rear seats.
