Seats and scat backs, arrangement of; doors for passenger vehicles.-In order to obtain easy access to the seats of a motor-vehicle, particularly those of a small-powered vehicle having one or two seater bodies, a platform a, which carries the seat c and back c<1>, is attached to or formed integral with a. side panel or door b and is pivoted at a' to the floor of the car body so that the platform, seat, and panel or door can be rotated together in an horizontal plane to a position as indicated by the driver's seat in Fig. 2. In this construction two seats are shown, each mounted on a turntable rotating about its centre a<1> on a fixed plate or disc secured to the floor, anti-friction rollers preferably being arranged between the turntable and plate. The side panel or door b is retained in the closed position by suitable locking-means.
