226,193. Jarkovsky, L. Dec. 2, 1924. Soldering-irons. - In a soldering- bit provided with a heat-accumulating substance, the receptacle 5 consists of a material which is not attacked by the heat-accumulating substance. The receptacle consists of iron, preferably cast iron, and the heat-accumulating substance contains zinc, being preferably the eutectic alloy or mixture with aluminium. The latent heat of fusion is utilized as the means of accumulating heat.
