Studio accessories.-For taking photographs of objects lying outside the direct field of view of the camera, a compound reflector system is employed in front of the camera comprising an adjustable mirror or mirrors for illuminating the object, and a mirror so connected to the illuminating system that it reflects an image of the illuminated object into the camera. In the form shown, an object s is illuminated by light from a source h through the medium of reflectors i, i<1> k, k<1>, r, r<1>, each pair of which is adjustable about an horizontal axis on a carriage w displaceable along rails b which also support the camera, u. A mirror x is carried on the spindle of the pair r, r<1>, in a plane at right angles to the plane of these mirrors, and serves in all positions of the carriage, and after the illuminating mirrors have been adjusted, to reflect an image of the object s into the camera u. The illuminating mirrors may be employed to throw a non-actinic or coloured light upon the object. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) also comprises the use of concentrated daylight or flach-light as the source of illumination. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
