Abstract

223,114. Haney, E. H. Feb. 13, 1924. Controlling flow of lubricant; force-feed lubricators.-In a lubricating system for motor-vehicles comprising valved conduits 15 leading from a reservoir 8 to the parts to be lubricated, the stems 12 of the valves 11 are arranged to project through a control board 14 located on the dashboard 7. Designations on the control board adjacent the valve stems correspond to the parts of the vehicle of which the corresponding valves control the supply. The reservoir is supplied with oil under pressure from a tank 1 fitted with a hand pump 5, the handle 6 of which projects through the dashboard.
