Piston and tubular valves.- The flow of liquid along a conduit 26, Figs. 6 and 7, is controlled by a valve which works in a bore at right angles to that in the barrel 26 and comprises, as shown in Fig. 7, a piston 31 having a bore whch, by the pressure of the operator's finger, may be brought, against the action of a spring 33, more or less into register with the bore of the barrel 26.
