Abstract

218,244. Mouisson, P. June 26, 1923, [Convention date]. Portable inverted harrow and rake endless chain elevators; adjustably supporting; collapsable framework. -In forage &c. elevators in which the trough 5 can be folded and is adjusted in inclination by means of arms 15 attached to toothed wheels 11, the wheels are engaged by worms 12 on shafts which are coupled by worm gearing 16, 17 to a shaft 18 provided with a crank handle. The elevator comprises a pair of chains 27 joined by cross-pieces 29 on which hooks 30 are fixed. The chains are engaged by sprockets 26 which are driven bv a motor 20 through belt &c. gearing 21 - - 24. Specifications 9359/96 and 12987/12 are referred to.
