Abstract

216,007. Austin, Sir H. July 10, 1923. Bonnets.-The edges of the body are supported upon ihe front end of the bonnet and upon the radiator by strips E of rubber or other elastic or soft material. Each strip is made with a beading forming a shoulder against which the end of the bonnet abuts and with a shoulder a which bears against the edge of the body and the radiator. The beading may overlap the body or radiator.
