1. A balcony escape ladder designed for the purpose of climbing from one balcony to another in the case of fire.
2. A balcony escape ladder, as claimed in claim 1, with an automatic or manual inter locking system at 'A'.
3. A balcony escape ladder, as claimed in claim 1 or 2, with adjustable anchor brackets top and bottom of the ladder, to ensure safe anchorage to the balcony rails.
4. A balcony escape ladder, as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, with a safety hand rail down each side, to ensure there is no danger of falling.
