1. Универсальная лестница-стремянка, состоящая из трех частей, соединенных шарнирами, отличающаяся тем, что модель снабжена телескопическими штангами или другими устройствами, предотвращающими ее опрокидывание. ! 2. Универсальная лестница-стремянка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что при выполнении кровельных и других строительных работах угол наклона наименьшей части лестницы регулируется в зависимости от угла конька крыши. ! 3. Универсальная лестница-стремянка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что при чрезвычайных ситуациях, возникающих в помещениях высотных сооружений и квартирах многоэтажных домов, когда эвакуация из квартиры или другого помещения обычным способом (лифт, запасной выход или другое) невозможна (например - пожар), можно произвести эвакуацию самим пострадавшим через окно или балкон, используя универсальную лестницу-стремянку. ! 4. Универсальная лестница-стремянка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что для надежности части лестницы на местах соединения шарнирами снабжены фиксаторами, которые способны выдержать такую же нагрузку, как и шарнирные соединения. ! 5. То есть, выполнена двойная степень защиты частей лестницы от разрыва. Опустившись на этаж ниже или поднявшись выше, в зависимости от чрезвычайной ситуации, универсальная лестница-стремянка снимается и переставляется. Дополнительно предлагаемая модель может быть снабжена поясом, который крепиться на теле человека. Пояс присоединяется к страховочному канату, который другим концом крепится к верхней части лестницы.
