Impeller blades.- A chimney or ventilating-shaft top or a wall ventilator comprises a fixed conical casing 1 within which is arranged a wind or power rotated conical member 7 having on its outer surface vanes 9 which are straight and inclined to the axis of the member 7 for the greater part of their length and terminate, at the smaller end of the cone 7, in portions of screw or scoop form. The vanes 9 may extend the full length of the member 7 as shown, or only along a portion thereof.
