212,426. Rowbotham, Sir T., and Booth, S. March 19, 1923. Pins for cottering.-A headed pin 4, used for locking together two parts, such as a wheel cap 1, screwed into a hub 2, the inner end of which pin is inaccessible when in use, is held against removal by an auxiliary pin 8 driven into a groove 6 formed in the pin 4, the leading end of the pin 8, being deflected outwardly by the curved inner end 7 of the groove to engage the interior wall of the part 2.
