Abstract

209,261. Moakes, A. C. Nov. 30, 1922. Busk fastenings.-The slots a, b in the plates on the upper part of one of the flexible strips of a busk fastener for corsets, &c., are reversely moved to the slots c, d in the lower plates to lock the studs in their slots against lateral and endwise movement such as occurs when in use. The slots a, d at the ends may have locking claws, as shown, to guard further against lateral unlocking movement.
