Roller - blinds, pawl and catch arrangements for. - The ratchet member 8 of a velocity catch is slidably mounted on the spindle of the blind roller so that it its unaffected by longitudinal movement of the spindle and remains in the path of the pawls 9 which together with the mechanism casing 12 and cover plate 11 are secured to the roller by screws or pins 10.
