696,860. Vehicle windows. WILMOTBREEDEN, Ltd. June 23, 1952 [June 25, 1951], No. 14995/51. Class 20(iii) In a vehicle window wherein one or more panels f slide horizontally along a guide b, the latter is provided at its ends with eccentric trunnions c so that when the guide is in the position shown in Fig. 2 it serves its normal purpose of guiding the panels. When the guide is rotated, however, e.g. to the position shown in Fig. 3, one or other of the panels may be removed from the frame. A spring normally biases the guide to the Fig. 2 position. Rotation of the guide is effected by a key engageable in one of a number of radial holes in a collar on one of the trunnions.
