Machinery beds and frames.-A power or motor unit has an inverted T frame with an engine in one angle and the machine driven thereby arranged in the other angle upon a platform adjustably mounted and secured by means of slides, guides, and screws. In the construction, Figs. 7 and 11, the platform c<1> is slotted at c<100> to engage securing-screws b<4> on the frame b and has a right-angled top bend perforated at c<10> to engage guides b<2> and provided with an adjustment screw c<2>. A machine e may be similarlv mounted on a horizontal platform with end bends as shown in Fig. 1. Similarly machines may be mounted on horizontal and vertical platforms with vertical and horizontal adjustments respectively. U-shaped, adjustable platforms are described.
