Abstract

205,963. Chalmers, A., and Mitchell, W. F. Sept. 23, 1922. Fuse-boards.-Fuse-boxes, adapted to be fitted on to two or more supply cables at various points to convey current to ship's cabins &c., thus dispensing with bus-bars &c., are formed with cavities 3 through which the cables 5 pass and have contact clips 4 adapted to embrace bared sections of the cables and fuses 8, each of which is connected at one end to a contact clip 4 and at the other to a terminal 9. The continuity of the lead sheathing of the cables is maintained by links 11 attached to the sheathing by clips 10. Specification 24386/11 is referred to.
