Abstract

A rectangular stackable tray for farm produce is formed from a folded blank and includes side walls 11 which support stacking flanges 14 with downward-extending portions 15 and locking flaps 13 which engage in cranked slits 18 formed in opposing end walls 12. When three of the walls 11, 12 have been erected the tray can be side loaded before erection of the fourth wall. In the erected tray, the portions 15 are sandwiched between the flaps 13 and the end walls 12 of the tray, portions 13b of the flap 13 extending through the slits 18 while retention flaps 16 lie against the corresponding walls 11. <IMAGE>
