Abstract
An electrical reactor comprises an insulative annular case 4, 5, 6, 7, an annular iron core 3 disposed in the case, a plurality of first conductor rods 8 facing the inner periphery of the case, a plurality of second conductor rods 9 facing the outer periphery of the case, and a plurality of connecting conductors 10 connecting the ends of the first conductor rods to those of the second conductor rods, thereby constituting a spiral current path winding around the annular iron core. The core may be solid or laminated in a case of wood, resin glass, ceramic or coated metal, and may have circular, elliptical or square cross-section. The conductors may be solid or hollow, and may be interconnected by nut and bolt (as shown), push-fit, welding or riveting. <IMAGE>
