Abstract
194,156. Ishida, K.. March 20, 1922. Ink.-Printing-ink consists of an emulsion of an oily mixture containing petroleum or other mineral oil, resin, and lampblack or other colouring-matter, and a watery mixture containing catechu or other tannin material, sodium or other soluble silicate, aluminium or other insoluble soap or resinate, formaldehyde, gum arabic, and, optionally, .sodium or other alkaline carbonate. The ink can be diluted with water to control its viscosity.
