Abstract

192,176. Atkinson, J.. G. Oct. 31, 1921. Opening tops.-A removable top for 'a motor-car is formed with downwardly - extending members H which terminate in bolts J secured by nuts L to clips K, which engage the chassis to secure the top to the body A of the car. Windows are provided in the top, the window above the rear door being detachably hinged to the top and turning with the door. A glass panel N is provided at the back of the driver's seat, and this panel may be removed to form a sedan body, a window similar to that above' the rear door then being fitted above the door to the driver's seat. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 7892/14 and 15419/15.
