Abstract

191,655. Franc, J. M. E. March 16, 1922. Piston apparatus for discharging receptacles. -Apparatus for filling lubricating boxes from containers comprises a member c provided with a nozzle e registering with a passage b in a piston a removably mounted in the holder c. The container A is pressed down on the piston and the lubricant passes through the passages b, e into the lubricating box. In a modification, the nozzle is attached to the piston, which fits in a conical bore in the member c, and the top of the piston is provided with packing members held in place by a nut.
