Abstract
8877. Setlik, B., and " Fistag," Fettindustrie und Starkefabriken Akt.-Ges. June 16. Bisulphites, for instance sodium bisulphite, are obtained in solid form by adding a soluble salt to a saturated bisulphite solution and washing the preapitated bisulphite with a saturated solution of the bisulphite. Examples describe the production of solid sodium bisulphite (1) by adding common salt to the bisulphite solution, (2) by passing hydrochloric acid into sodium sulphite solution, and (3) by adding sodium bisulphate to sodium sulphite solution. Specification 15,873/00 is referred to.
