Springs, arrangement of and mounting undercarriages on.-The front steering wheel 8 of a three-wheeled vehicle is carried in line with one of the rear wheels by swivelling it on the end of a hinged spring controlled structure. In one construction, shown in Fig. 2, a triangular frame 9 is hinged on a transverse axis 3 and a cantilever spring further controls the relative movement between the frame 9 and the main frame. In the modification shown in Fig. 4, the front wheel 8 swivels on the end of an arm 16 hinged about a longitudinal axis on the front end of the side member 17 of the main frame. A cantilever spring 13 is also provided. In a further modification, the transverse arm 16 is replaced by a parallel motion as shown in Fig. 8. Specifications 24,045/14 and 11,707/15 are referred to.
