Projectile fuses.-Relates to devices for preventing the premature ignition of the time or percussion section of a fuse from affecting the detonating-charge. According to the invention, a cylindrical copper cup c having a flared rim is inserted in the flash passage a so as to close it completely, the cup normally resting on a centrifugally-operated bolt e which lies across an enlarged part of the passage.
