22,276. Taylor, H. D., and Taylor, A. Nov. 10. Lenses.-A three-lens objective for telescopes &c., free from coma as a whole, has also each of its component lenses free from coma, so that errors due to tilting of the individual lenses are avoided. The form shown consists of two positive crown-glass lenses A, C and an intermediate negative flintglass lens B. The necessary constructional data are given in the Specification, as are also the general formulµ to be complied with.
