18,274. Brampton, F. W. Aug. 7. Detachable - rim attachments to wheels; rims.-The detachable rim 1 carries screwed studs 2 which enter side slots 4 in the fixed rim 3 and are locked by nuts 5 engaging recesses 6 in the rim 3. The bosses 7 on the rim 3 are formed by first indenting a rim 3, Fig. 5, of the general thickness of the bosses, and then turning-off the outer periphery to the shape shown in Fig. 7. Specification 3767/14, [Class 144 (i), Wheels &c.], is referred to.
