Block tyres.-A tyre comprises one or more rows of resilient blocks d of spherical or like shape secured in recesses in the rim a and in the flange segments f, which may be hinged to the rim. The blocks may be adjusted to present new wearing-surfaces, suitable packing being fitted in the seatings if necessary. The blocks may be solid or hollow and may be fitted with non-slipping studs, or be reinforced with wire fabric.
