Twin tyres with intermediate packing and like-rings.-To prevent stones &c. from lodging between twin pneumatic tyres a, a detachable ring g of rubber or other material is fitted between the tyres as shown. The ring is of smaller external diameter than the tyres, and is shaped to fit closely the sides of the tyres.
