Sectional boilers.-Relates to a boiler in which the direction of flow of the gases is reversed several times in four vertical flues a, b, c, d formed between the sections, and in which the two middle flues open below into an horizontal passage, and consists in dividing the passage by a plate p to form a cleaning-space v and a chamber v1 for heating air and supplying it through apertures l to the gases.
