Sleepers, compound, and securing rails thereto.- Relates to sleepers composed of concrete blocks secured together by a longitudinal rod, and consists in providing railsupporting blocks 12 with recesses for clamps 14. These clamps have an eye 18 engaging the rod 19 and jaws 15, 17 engaging above and below the base flange of the rail.
