Luggage-carriers.-A valise or the like A is attached to the luggage-carrier of a cycle or motor-cycle by the engagement of tongues 8 on the underside of the valise with loops 7 on cross-bars 1 detachably secured to the upper side of the carrier, means such as a clamping-screw being provided for maintaining the parts in engagement. The cross-bars 1 are secured to the side bars B<1>, B<2> of the carrier by means of clips 2, which are adjustably secured to the cross-bars by bolts 5 of square cross-section passing through slots 4 in the cross - bars. The tongues 8 and loops 7 are clamped together by means of a screw 11, a spring 13 being provided to prevent the screw from turning under the influence of vibration. The tongues 8 may be fixed to the cross-bars, and the loops 7 to the valise.
