Moving - chamber apparatus for granular materials. - Measured quantities of nuts, almonds, preserved fruits &c., are fed from a hopper 6 into the moulds of a chocolate machine by a measuring-wheel e divided intc compartments by a number of teeth having one wall substantially radial and the other substantially tangential A revolving brush 9 ensures correct filling and a guard 10 surrounding the wheel ensures correct delivery into the moulds. The contents of the hopper are agitated by a pivoted flap 8 resting against the wheel. Specification 18,438/12, [Class 87(ii)', Moulding plastic &c. substances], is referred to.
