Teeth, artificial.-A dental plate having integrally therewith a stud and stem of vulcanized rubber for the reception of a removable suction disk is made from a previously-formed head and stem. The head and stem piece A, C is placed in a tin matrix T, surrounded by a cork, cardboard, or like annulus B, and the whole is applied to the plaster cast of the palate; the rubber to form the plate is then pressed into position and vulcanized, so that union with the stem C takes place and the annulus B is disintegrated by the heat.
