Incandescent gas burners.-In incandescent gas burners of the kind provided with a cock on the main conduit and a by - pass 7 connecting the parts of the main conduit on each side of the cock, the cock 6 is arranged between the mixing- chamber and burner mouth 2, which is formed with intersecting slots 9, Fig. 2, to ensure the steady burning of the pilot flame. The Specification as open to inspection under Section 91 (3) (a) comprises also a construction in which the supply pipe for a series of burners is provided with a similar arrangement of cock and by-pass. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
